BASIX Certificate
A BASIX Certificate is a mandatory sustainability requirement for most residential Development Applications in NSW. It covers water efficiency, energy efficiency, and thermal comfort, with targets that vary based on your location.

We specialise in BASIX Certificates for Alterations & Additions and Granny Flats. Whether it's for a new home, alteration & addition, duplex, dual occupancy, granny flats, multi-units, or a swimming pool or spa, your BASIX certificate will be prepared by one of our experienced Assessors, ready for council submission.
Thermal Comfort Certificates
At the BASIX Certificate Centre we can provide you with a NatHERS Certificate, or commonly called a Thermal Comfort Certificate (Thermal Performance) by an ABSA approved assessor, complete and ready for submission with your BASIX Certificate to council. This is also referred to as the Simulation Method.
Section J Reports or Compliance Assessments
Section J Reports or Compliance Assessments are associated with Volume One of the Building Code of Australia ( BCA ), Class 2 to 9, and relates to Energy Efficiency measures of a building.
