Estimating Services

At the BASIX Certificate Centre our Construction Estimator has extensive experience in the Housing Industry, starting from on site carpentry to Licensed Builder, plus Estimating for some of this countries major home builders since 1985.

Whether it's a lending body requirement, insurance need, or construction purposes, we can provide you with the following services:

  • Stage 1 - Budget Estimate based on square metres

  • Stage 2 - Individual Trade & Material Group Costs

  • Stage 3 - Full detailed "Bill of Quantities" complete with purchase orders

Costs associated for the preparation of these services vary depending on the size and type of construction, plus your specific requirements.

You can either mail your architectural plans to us or submit them by email (in suitable drawing files) and our "turn-around" time from receipt of your plans to return to you by Express Post varies depending on the service, but can be approximately 3 - 15 working days.
